- Assistance with application preparation and submission support
- Bill reduction strategies across essential services (utilities, telecom, security, etc.)
- Financial education and consulting for individuals and small businesses
- Access to tools, resources, and service providers within our network
2.2 What We Do Not Provide
We do not:
- Provide legal advice or act as attorneys
- Guarantee specific financial outcomes, savings amounts, or loan forgiveness
- Make payments on your behalf to loan servicers or creditors
- Provide tax or comprehensive financial planning advice outside the scope of our services
3. Client Responsibilities
3.1 Accurate Information
You agree to:
- Provide complete and accurate information regarding your financial situation
- Notify us of any changes that may impact your services
- Respond promptly to requests for documentation
- Maintain communication throughout the service process
3.2 Continued Financial Obligations
You remain responsible for:
- Making all required loan payments until officially notified otherwise by your loan servicer
- Maintaining active accounts related to services being reviewed
3.3 Document Review
You are responsible for reviewing all documents prior to submission and confirming accuracy.
4. Fees and Payment Terms
4.1 Service Fees
All fees will be clearly disclosed prior to engagement and may include:
- Consultation fees
- Service or processing fees
- Ongoing support or monitoring fees
4.2 Payment Terms
- Payment is due as agreed upon at the time of service
- Certain services may require upfront payment
- Refunds, if applicable, are governed by Section 7
4.3 Compliance Statement
We comply with applicable federal and state regulations regarding consulting and debt-related services. Fees are charged only for services rendered and not for guaranteed outcomes.
5. Service Limitations and Disclaimers
5.1 No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee:
- Approval for loan forgiveness or repayment programs
- Specific savings amounts or financial outcomes
- Timelines for processing or resolution
5.2 Third-Party Decisions
All final decisions are made by third parties, including:
- Loan servicers
- Government agencies
- Utility providers or service vendors
We have no control over these decisions.
5.3 Educational Nature
Our services are educational and consultative in nature. You are encouraged to seek licensed legal, tax, or financial advice when appropriate.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials, content, and resources provided by Vision Unlimited Consulting are the property of the Company and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.
7. Termination and Refunds
7.1 Termination by Client
You may terminate services at any time with written notice. Refunds, if applicable, will be prorated based on services completed.
7.2 Termination by Company
We reserve the right to terminate services if:
- You violate these Terms
- Required information is not provided
- Payment obligations are not met
- We determine we cannot effectively support your situation
7.3 Refund Policy
- Refunds are based on work completed
- Consultation fees are generally non-refundable
- Third-party fees are non-refundable
8. Privacy and Confidentiality
We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You authorize us to:
- Communicate with relevant service providers on your behalf (if applicable)

9. Limitation of Liability
